Account Registration Instructions

Please do not use your internal company password for your AIC portal account.
You should use a password dedicated to logging into the AIC portal.
Your AIC portal username must be unique, if the username you specify is in use you will be asked to enter a different username.

Example usernames:

psmith

OR

petersmith

All usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

Please make sure you specify a valid email address so you can receive notifications and request responses from AIC support people. Remember to logoff after each session.
